CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health, beauty, and wellness needs. It’s a way to pay for the costs of many treatments and procedures and allows you to make convenient monthly payments.
Consultations
Our cosmetic consultation fee with Dr. Tarbet is $75. Should you decide to move forward with surgery then the $75 will be applied to your surgery.
Complimentary consultations are available with our nurses and patient care coordinators.
Procedures
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking surgery to reserve your surgical date. Your deposit will be applied to your surgeon fees. The surgical balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your surgery.
Should you decide to cancel your surgery your deposit will remain as a credit to your account that you can use towards other services in the office.
